They take a lot of heat for things out of their control but do their best to maintain their cool, with empathetic service to people looking to blame others for their own lack of accountability.

Need to get a order on hold because Amazon chooses where they want to send it. Said UPS then switches to USPS and they don't deliver to my house. If you can get ahold of them they'll get your package and put it in your PO BOX. I need this package I've been waiting for and now I fear it will be gone back across the country After waiting 2 weeks. Its ridiculous, man this sucks!!! Thanks for when they do answer they are pretty helpful today I got nothing though through direct phone number. They should be open til 5 and they should do a little better we are limited when we can get home by 5 from work and get our mail. Hopefully tomorrow it's open hours are not right on the Google site more accurate hours are on their site.
