- AIart istJan 30, 20265.0I live in the Woods and it is super convenient for me. The staff are very efficent and friendly. Beats the heck out of the long lines at the other offices. For you moaners, get over it and move to the Woods when you grow up. M-F only
- YTYana TuningJan 28, 20261.0This place has got to have one of the worst customer service I have ever known, this Korean lady was so impatient with me and treated me so rude simply because I was trying ship a package. She didn’t even let me rate how I thought the service was and she reached her hand and put a smilie face rate for her. Not going there again for sure, she really didn’t know how to talk with kindness for sure.

Took an hour out of my work day to be able to get to my appointment just for me to not be allowed in. If it’s private, fine (although is a public government service so why is it in a gated community?), but it should be stated somewhere. You literally have to go on the reviews to see it’s private. Does not say it anywhere and allowed me to make an appt. Such a waste of my time!!
