  Honest review based on multiple visits. I keep coming to this UPS Store only because they are open later than other locations, but honestly the experience here is almost always frustrating. Customer service is very inconsistent. Sometimes they say something cannot be done, then another day it suddenly can. You really have to double-check everything because mistakes happen. The attitude from staff often feels unfriendly and like they are annoyed you even came in. Today was another uncomfortable situation. I was just recording my wife for social media (not filming employees or the store), and they immediately reacted aggressively and told us to stop and leave. It could have been explained politely instead of creating tension. Also, there is often an unpleasant smell inside the store, which makes the experience even more uncomfortable. Overall it just feels like customers are not really welcomed here. Maybe others had better experiences, but after several visits we keep running into the same issues. If you have another UPS nearby, I would probably recommend going there instead. We only use this one because of the later hours. Hope management improves the customer service because the location itself is convenient but the experience needs improvement.

  I had a tough time finding somebody who could do my print job for me. I talked with other stores who were wanting to be helpful, but couldn’t get the job done. I called THIS UPS store and the person said to come on in and he would do what it takes to get the job done. I came into the store and he completed the task in five minutes. Not only that he was super eager, friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. I will definitely keep coming back here for more projects.

  You can’t judge a business when everything goes correctly because we all look good at that time. A business is judged how they respond to challenges…it’s called customer service. This business has exactly zero understanding of this concept. Instead of trying to help, all they do is raise their hands and say not our problem…just as you handed them all your money. I made a call to UPS in the store and handled everything myself, something a professional business would never let happen. In business school, customer service is taught as being the face of a company…I guess they failed that course. I regret ever setting place in that establishment…I’ll drive the extra mile to another UPS stare.

  I’ve had a disappointing experience at this UPS Store. They repeatedly open 10 minutes late, which is completely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers who rely on their services. If a business advertises a specific opening time, it should honor that commitment not keep customers waiting outside. Punctuality and reliability are key in a service-oriented business, and this location fails to deliver. If you’re looking for a store that values your time, I’d suggest taking your business elsewhere.
