    Crystal was amazing!! She greeted me right when I came in and helped me with resizing a document on the spot. She was super nice and went above and beyond, great experience with FedEx as always!

    I came here because I urgently needed to make a copy of some documents in A4 format. However, when I inserted the paper into the photocopier, it produced a massive sheet—a complete waste of my money. I then looked for a way to trim the oversized sheet the machine had spat out so that it would fit the standard A4 dimensions. They had two paper cutters available. I approached the cutting station, inserted the paper into one of the cutters, and it proceeded to tear the sheet instead of cutting it cleanly. I was furious because these cutters are ancient and simply shred the paper. I have attached a photograph as proof. I then moved on to the other cutter located nearby, only to encounter the exact same problem; they are all dull and completely neglected by the staff. It is truly disappointing. Eventually, I approached an employee, asked for a pair of scissors, and finished the job by hand. I wasted a significant amount of time on this ordeal and ended up being late for my next appointment. I am writing this to share my thoughts and to describe the reality of the situation—exactly what happened to me. If you provide specific equipment for customer use, please ensure that it is properly maintained and in good working order. Otherwise, it will be very difficult for me to consider visiting this establishment again.

    I love this store, and their self serve kiosk. They are the best team and staff & have helped me for 6+ years now. The store offers several options for those who need to use office equipment or need to do business tasks. *To those who complained about being asked to fill their empty packages, if it is a loose object inside, it will shift around from side to side inside of the package and be unbalanced, so will not stay stacked & can fall over if the truck takes a sharper turn or anything & the item shifts. So yeah, you do need to "fill" it if you want it to arrive undamaged, I would think. *And to those who whined about not being able to re-use their boxes or use those from a different carrier... to ship via Fedex, does this really need an explanation lol??? I mean, does McDonalds serve their food in a Chik Fil A bag? When's the last time you received a UPS package in a Fedex box? Or a DHL delivery in a UPS or USPS box? Come on, take your returns to actual return centers maybe, also, idk. There's worse things to give 1 star over and these are just company policies that were complained about. Each of these reviews impacts someone's business & it is unfair and honestly kind of gnarly of people to cause damage to a company's reputation over policies set company-wide. If you don't like the policies, the appropriate step to is to call and file a customer complaint, not try to publicly humiliate them and then wonder why they "don't like their job" or are rude. These people work very hard there & should be appreciated. Just saying.

    Dropped a package off that was ALREADY PACKED and they said it needed to have filling in it in order to accept it. Wanted to charge me $4.99 just to fill it with paper…. I returned a pair of shoes in exactly the same box that they were delivered to me. I took my package to Walgreens and was helped with a smile. No issues. Avoid this location. Zero customer service skills.

    I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences at this FedEx location, mainly due to the manager, Victor. Every time I come in with more than one box, he finds something to complain about. I was criticized for bringing multiple packages, then for reusing boxes—even though the only logos were removed and the boxes were perfectly acceptable. On another visit, he insisted my Express shipment needed multiple copies of labels, which isn’t required and has never been an issue at other FedEx locations. Instead of being helpful, he was condescending and unnecessarily argumentative. What bothered me most was his attitude. The way he spoke to me felt disrespectful and, honestly, came across as biased. Whether intentional or not, it made me uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer.
