Ordered online 1 item. Tracking from the business showed parcel arrived from Santa Ana Hub to LNUSPS after 6am 2/23/26 and out for delivery. Leaving work I see update that it was delivered ‘to parcel locker’ just before 5pm (which does not exist at my residence). I called the business’ customer service and asked to go to USPS next day early morning. I explained same thing to USPS desk about the parcel locker update, and it not existing or ever being labeled as such for other deliveries previously in my mailing updates. USPS rep at counter heard my dilemma, and responded with it with: ‘the parcel locker is in the back. It was scanned and will get mailed out today.’ I told the bald Asian man, “how do you know that the parcel in back is mine, no tracking was shown to you?” He changed his answer and said ‘it got scanned. We got it back because it was delivered to the wrong address. It will get delivered today.’ I asked if he could look up my tracking and just hand it to me over the counter. He said ‘No the package is already out for delivery.’ I said “what if that was not my package the one they got back in hand?”He said it was. And I asked what do I do if my package is not delivered today 2/24. He stated it will (without having looked up my tracking, scanned anything, or seen my address to ID which route I’m on.) I again had to ask what the protocol if it doesn’t arrive. He said to return tomorrow… I haven’t had this much trouble with mail, etc since moving here. And I moved every year in college/grad school to a different off-campus apartment.

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at this USPS location, specifically from the supervisor on duty. I came in trying to locate a package that was dropped off at this location and never received by the carrier it was supposed to be handed off to. I had tracking proof showing the package was never scanned into the next carrier’s system. Instead of even attempting to check the back or see if it may have been misplaced internally, I was immediately told that “UPS should have it” and that there was nothing they could do. As a business owner, I understand that mistakes and delays happen. But what was frustrating was the complete lack of effort or accountability. I wasn’t expecting miracles; I was simply hoping someone would at least attempt to check or escalate the situation internally. The supervisor and another employee both seemed very nonchalant about the situation, even after I explained the urgency and showed proof that the package was never received by the next carrier. I left feeling completely dismissed rather than helped. I understand policies exist, but customer service still matters. A little effort, empathy, or willingness to investigate would have gone a long way.

We made an appointment for kids passport at 9:30am, the office was open at 9:35 and we waited inside for about 10min. One employee inside then told us that the person working for the passport is on vacation and not available today. We made the appointment and the whole family reserved the time for this, and just got ignored without any notification. If this post office gets so many bad reviews, how can the office manager still keep his position?

I went in to apply for a passport . I had called ahead, and the automated message clearly stated that no appointment was needed and that they accepted walk-ins. When I arrived, there was only one person ahead of me in line( no one came after me), but the staff member assisting customers (an Asian woman) was extremely rude. She told me I should have scheduled an appointment and that their schedule was “very tight,” then added that their automated phone message was outdated maybe from the COVID days. She then went inside and slammed the door in front of me. Overall, the experience was unprofessional and disappointing.
