There was one particular woman, PJ, who went way out of her way to help me with my request for fingerprints. I was actually at the wrong UPS Store, but that did not stop her from making a great effort to help me. Ironic because when I went to the correct UPS store on Golden Lantern for my appointment, I was turned away four times for not having the right document. I kept going back in trying to understand the problem. The woman at the counter finally went to get the manager so he “could explain it” to me (because I was too stupid to understand). The manager came out and gave me a phone number, which I called and actually got the help I needed. After an hour I finally got my fingerprints taken. Go to the Crown Valley location where they are helpful and care if you get the help you need!!! NOT Golden Lantern. PJ at Crown Valley is a real gem. Give this woman a promotion and a raise.
