  It's great to have this UPS store in our neighborhood, they are especially good with Amazon and other returns. Ms. Courtney did an amazing job today handling a large holiday crowd with a big smile and somehow getting everybody's items arranged and with grace and charm!

  I’ve owned a box at this location for 12 years. Now on the third franchise owner and he is best one yet. We had many issues in the past of not getting our mail or getting other box owners mail. Since the most recent owner bought this location about 6 years ago it has been so much better. Always very nice, attentive and prompt with outgoing packages too.

  I had inadvertently dropped off a package using the wrong return shipping label. It turned out to be a shipping label that I had already used and dropped off two days prior to return a pair of shoes with another company. I did not found out about the error until the following week. By then, the first package had already been received by the intended recipient and the tracking number showed delivered. So I wasn't sure about the status of the second package (with the wrong return shipping label and supposed to be returned to a different company), if that was in limbo, en route to the wrong company, or held somewere in a UPS facility, because of the "duplicate" tracking number. So I called up this UPS Store where I dropped off both packages and the manager, Tushar Patel, couldn't have been more gracious. He asked me to come in and that he will help me. Tushar called up UPS Corporate and was patiently on the phone with them for a considerable amount of time, while helping other customers throughout that entire time. He gave UPS his number as the primary contact while they try to trace the second package. In the end, it all worked out (thank goodness) but I will never forget Tushar's kindness and generosity and his stellar customer service. He went above and beyond to help me. With everything going on around the world, it warms my heart that there are still people like Tushar who cares about their customers. If you're looking for great customer service, look no further. This UPS Store on Crown Valley Parkway and Alicia Parkway is your go-to store for all your shipping and other "ing" needs! Thank you, Tushar!!!
