- NANicole AdamsonJan 5, 20261.0Dropped a package off that was ALREADY PACKED and they said it needed to have filling in it in order to accept it. Charged me almost $5 just to fill it with paper…. Absolutely unacceptable. The package was well packaged/ taped but there was slight movement of the product in the box and had to pay $5. It was cat food…. Not even something fragile or dangerous. I have dropped the exact same type of package at other FedEx locations without this issue. Will never come back here and this is why I explicitly use UPS and not FedEx whenever possible. Not acceptable.

If you don't want to use self serve just tell them so and they will help at the back counter. True, there is one man who is grumpy, not friendly, and probably hates his job, but even he gets the job done. If I ran into these problems more often I would lower my review too, but I guess I have been lucky.
