    I came in for a service and the man who I asked for assistance from rolled his eyes at me while sighing deeply, then led me to the station and gave me a quick explanation. When I asked a question he seemed very annoyed, gave me a curt response and then walked away. I left without getting my service done and will be going to a different location. Of note the staff were not occupied or busy so it would have been simple to remain and provide assistance but there was no desire for this

    "I’m usually someone who tries to do my part for the environment, so I reuse packaging whenever I can. This morning, I brought a box to a FedEx store that I had previously received from the post office. I’d carefully removed or covered all the old markings and labels to give it a second life. Unfortunately, FedEx refused to accept it just because it originally came from another carrier, despite it being perfectly good for reuse. It's pretty disappointing that a company of their scale isn't more accommodating of simple, eco-friendly efforts. So, the moral of the story is: if you're an environmentally conscious person, don’t ship via FedEx."

    I went there to drop off a labeled box. They have a self-service scanner where you can scan your box, get a receipt, and drop it off. I hadn’t seen this feature at other locations — it was easy and fast!

    Yikes. Really moody employees. Do yourself a favor and go to CVS for your passport pictures.
