He’s the most efficient customer service representative I’ve ever had at a post office, where you usually get pokey unfriendly people… Which explains why the post office is not doing very wealth financially. You need to hire more people like Josh. He’s friendly. He’s courteous. He’s excellent at doing his job. He couldn’t have done it better. You should make him a supervisor quickly before you lose him.
