No customer should ever feel judged or treated differently for the way they speak. Professional service means respecting everyone, and unfortunately, that was not the case here. A couple who came in after me also experienced his sarcastic attitude, so I am not the only one. I really want to know, is he the owner? Whether he is the owner or just an employee, is such an attitude really acceptable? I welcome all customers who have been treated badly by him not to hesitate—please report this.

I am not sure if he is the manager or just a staff member, but I strongly believe that no customer deserves to be treated this way — especially when they are polite and respectful. What’s more, I noticed that the customer behind me, a very polite lady, was also treated poorly by him. People like this should be called out and made aware that such behavior is absolutely not acceptable.
