  Have been using this store for many years for business and personal mailings, notary services and Amazon returns. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful in assisting with packaging, best way to send documents, expectations on delivery dates and times and giving cost efficient recommendations. Appreciate the excellent customer service!

  The place is close to my house, yet I'm driving to other locations because the owner seems to forget how to be polite and provide good service, and consistently berates and condescends to many of his customers, especially women.

  The store manager himself the almost bald elderly Asian guy is a very rude and disrespectful person. I went to do live scan and during fingerprinting he was very rude, once I pulled my finger instead of leaving , mainly because of his accent I had a hard time understanding, he lost his temper and started yelling at me that I don’t follow directions. I warned him about his tone and asked him to just finish the job as I drove there and waited for 30 minutes already but he refused to finish the job.very unpleasant experience and will never go back there. I went to ups on la Paz road a few miles away and a very nice gentleman did the work quickly , with a very positive polite attitude

  We had a motorized bike and needed an oversized box to ship it in. We came in one day, requested a quote, came back with the bike a different day and an older gentleman insisted that the box would be impossible to ship same day and insisted that we should leave and try a different location. I called another location down the street and they said they could put three boxes together and create a custom box. When I tried to explain this to the older gentleman, he said that if they can do that then I should go there. He was condescending and asked me and several other customers if they wanted to leave and maybe come back at another time because he had a line. There were five people in the store.
