- NMNicole MDec 20, 20251.0This will be the last time that I am using this location. Every year, I design and print my holiday cards here. This year I came in and things were a little different. They had an extra fee for quick printing, so I decided I’ll come back. I placed my order. They printed me an example. When I returned, the print side was busy and so that FedEx shipping side was gonna help me out. He pulled up my order and gave me the cards. I noticed that there was way less cards, half was missing. I counted them right there. I then asked to see the order details and he said that he had just shredded them and sorry I needed to pay. And I said half of my order is missing, we need to look at the details. His tone of voice and his body language was really short with me. I said I don’t have my full order here. They were trying to charge me over $100 for something that they were giving me half of. When I confronted him about his attitude and asked, “why is he being short with me? Would he like to transfer this over to someone else” he said “ well I’ve never had someone not tried to pay before and take their order, I will get the manager over”. I showed the cards. I explained how this was half of my order and so she offered to reprint and they did it right away. But the body language, and they all refused to make eye contact with me and or even apologize for their mistake. Whether it was an accident or not, they were ripping me off and then treating me like I was the one in the wrong. Terrible. At this point, I’d rather pay double the price and order from the online places that don’t treat people crap for their mistake . I do not recommend this place anymore.
