In fact they make it their mission to make your experience difficult!! For goodness sake if you are that unhappy get another job where you don’t interface with the public!!!!!!! Every time I go in it’s the same and I only go in when I absolutely have to. Other post offices like Laguna Niguel, Dana Point, SJC and Costa Mesa are quite the opposite! So friendly and helpful. Take note Laguna Beach!
