    I have been coming to this location for printing and mailing needs for more than 2 years. I went to this ups a couple weeks ago and had a great experience. A woman tried to cut me in line and the manager advocated for me and made sure my spot in line was honored. Unnecessary but appreciated. However, my trip this time was much different. I had an attendant help me print some pages via email request. The attendant tried, but communication wasnt clear and the first print attempt wasnt what i asked for. No big deal, things happen, but i told him again what i wanted/how the print should look so we could try again and get it right. I also said id pay for the initial set of prints that came out incorrectly. The original attendant flagged the manager for help. The manager came over, gathered enough info to understand that the first attempt had gone wrong. Instead of asking more questions, offering to take over the task, or checking in with me to see what my needs were, the manager tried to dismiss me: "Okay well, we'll catch you another time". I told the manager I'd just wait so the issue could get resolved because i didnt have time to go to a different printing facility. Plus, ive printed the same template/file format at the la verne location a handful of times before, so I know it can/has been done. His reply was "well then you'll be waiting awhile'. I waited another 20 min before a second attempt print was made. The amount of time i waited doesnt bother me. The attitude that i deserve to wait or give up vs. helping me get the prints i needed was disappointing. I dont fault the original attendant who had been helping me. And in the end, the store didnt make me pay for the original set of error prints, which I appreciate. I will shop at ups stores still, there just wont be a "next time" at the La Verne store for me.

    Love all workers very nice people they even tape up stuff with no extra charge and they are very helpful will always be my to go too!

    Unfortunately, my experience this place was quite disappointing. I needed photo for passport. I called ahead to confirm the price, and they told me it would be $12 plus tax. However, when I arrived, the final price turned out to be different 15 plus tax, which was already a letdown. When I got there, the staff member took two photos of me. In the first one, I was smiling (which isn’t allowed for passport photos), and in the second, I was slouching a bit. Before he print, I asked if we could take a third photo because I wasn’t happy with either. At first, he was reluctant, saying he didn’t have time since other customers were waiting. I even offered to wait while he helped them first. Eventually, he agreed to take a third photo, but then something really dishonest happened. He showed me the photos afterward, but he only displayed the first two and not the third one we had just taken. It was clear he hadn’t actually saved that third picture properly, and I felt misled. In the end, I had to choose the more suitable photo, and the whole experience just felt unfair. The combination of the unexpected price change and the reluctance to let me have a photo I was happy with just wasn’t professional. Never come back 🫤

    Never had an issue shipping with them. The service is always excellent. Unfortunately it cost an arm and leg to ship with them.
