We paid the appropriate fee for Media Mail, and of course we can't get ahold of ANYONE to find out while they are holding the package for ransom. No one answers the phone at the post office in La Verne, and Heaven help the customer who tries to dial the 800 or 877 number for USPS. An absolute run around!

Manager was unhelpful. I even had photos of my package with tracking numbers. Don’t use their self service or drop off shoots!

They even extend their hours past closing time to finish serving all customers before shutting down, never turning anyone away. The staff are particularly friendly and patient, despite the repetitive nature of their work.
