After scanning my Amazon return, she immediately turned away to help another customer without saying a word. When I asked if I was done, her response was minimal and dismissive, asking “is that all you have?” instead of actually confirming anything. The lack of communication and basic customer service was really frustrating. I shouldn’t have to chase someone down just to confirm a simple return is complete.
