Answers his questions and turns around and walks to back. How about some customer service? No “sorry for your wait.” Get the 3rd station open? Pathetic leadership. Easier to drop my box at a CVS. FedX has a scan and drop box. Why not offer this? Such an unsatisfactory experience. Customer service from leadership -0. Shocking UPS allows this to go on.
