She's helped me before. She's excellent and did a good job getting everything transferred over from old computer to this new one. Very happy with the service. Had a question over a weekend (about printer connection) when Edna wasn't available. Staples person I spoke with connected me to a tech advice person (a guy named "Frances" yes with an "e") in the Philipines and he was also able to figure out the problem and get it resolved. Overall, a very good experience with Stapes.
