I'm prompted to write this review to especially praise Michael, a young man who has assisted me numerous times. My projects are not always straightforward, and his advice, attention to detail, and patient personality are so very appreciated! In addition, Michael is often working alone, and his ability to concentrate on the job at hand as well as acknowledge customers waiting for help is a skill that seems to come naturally. I'm impressed! This associate is exceptional, and I thank you for great service.

No one seemed to be able to give me answers when I call to speak to a supervisor manager someone in charge. I explained my situation that I've been on hold for over an hour. They told me it's fine. We've been busy all day. I said excuse me. He said it's fine if you're put on hold for over an hour. That is unacceptable. As an answer they could have told me call back later. We are backed up. We are busy short-staffed and I would have been completely understanding. But just to be put on hold and given the answer. It's fine,it's fine of course I didn't argue or answer back. There was no need for that, but I do feel that stable should know the type of employees that are hiring
