- JJJamesMar 30, 20261.0Took my kid here today 2pm 3/28 There was 3 staff on the desks waited in line for 20 mins. When my turn the 1st staff said "oh passport is not what i do just wait there for the asian lady" We waited for 10 mins, then the asian lady very rude said "what's going on?" "oh passport? i am going home" They pulled us to the last agent, she said "oh we closed". I asked "No exceptions?" She said "no". Fine. 1 star for bad service and being immoral Thaxn

Had a terrible attitude and did not care whatsoever that a family members package I sent for their birthday went missing. When I asked to get her name so I could keep record of who I've been working with, she told me off and said "complain about me if you want, I don't care". I don't understand where her attitude came from. Her job is to assist with mail/shipping issues and I was needing assistance with a shipping issue. If she didn't want to help, I'd rather she just say that and I would have gone to someone else. I don't even feel comfortable coming back to this location even though it's the closest to my house.
