Karen was very helpful when I posted my parcels. Being non US cutizen, I had labelled parcels differently to what was required. She politely told me how to do it, provided a felt pen for me and processed my parcels as I fixed them. Great service, thanks Karen!

I have been coming to this post office for 26 years, and the last two years have been… let’s just say, a masterclass in disappointment. Management decided that beautiful California sunshine should be replaced with cardboard displays blocking the big front windows — because who needs natural light, right? On top of that, the customer service has gone from friendly neighborhood vibes to “please don’t make eye contact.” Three out of four stations are almost always closed, and the one that’s open moves at a pace that makes DMV lines look efficient. No matter what time or day you go, the line is long, the parking lot is packed, and patience goes there to die. And the cherry on top? A little box asking for positive reviews in exchange for a free shipping box. Seriously? How about opening the windows, staffing the counters, and maybe — just maybe — a smile?

Convenient location, have only been 3 times, the clerks are very unfriendly. No greeting, no smile, plain bored looking face as if they hate to be there. I say thank you, they don't respond. Such a stark difference from my local post office, where the clerks are always friendly and say "Hello" when you walk up . If you don't like people, probably not a good idea to work in customer service!!
