- DDDesireeSep 2, 20251.0Our passport appointments got cancelled 3 times, the last one without notice, appointments should not be available in the portal at this location as there is staff shortage and they keep having to cancel appointments last minute. Staff was very kind and apologized about the inconvenience however it was a massive waste of time. We ended up going to the lakeside office where our applications were processed as a walk in in less than 5 min.

He was just sitting on his phone scrolling through TikTok while "helping" me at the same time. Will be here again to send mail out, hopefully I'm met with employees that have good customer service!
