  Every time I go into the store, I get this really polite quick service. I’ve noticed that they have really friendly interactions with a lot of the customers that come in. I know how there is hardly a line waiting and if they see you standing, someone will jump on a register to assist you friendly staff

  Dropped off a package at 4:20pm (last night) for overnight Saturday delivery knowing cut off time is 5:45, only to check tracking and it saying “The package was given to UPS after the cutoff time and the delivery date may be impacted.” Shipping items for overnight is obviously important and was meant to get to destination for a funeral but to know that it won’t even get there in time is DISAPPOINTING. SMH.

  came early and waited outside before opening because I needed a quick notarization. After they opened, the employee helped several customers who arrived after me, even though I had been waiting first. When I asked basic questions about the notarization process, I was told they were not allowed to explain anything, which felt dismissive and unhelpful. Overall the experience was frustrating and not very customer-friendly. I recommend confirming notary availability and expectations before coming.

  Customer service! Tatyanna was incredible, fast, patient, and genuinely helpful, even right before closing. She went out of her way to help me get everything printed, packaged, and sorted, even though my return ended up being FedEx. Best UPS Store experience I’ve had. Thank you, Tatyanna!
