    Fed ex as a company as went down hill. Why tell a customer item would be delivered from 1130am to 330pm? For me to sign for a package absolute nightmare. I explained my work schedule also explained I would be home on a certain day. They came earlier after I called over the phone to explain that. They told me not to worry it would be taken care of. Here I am on a Saturday still waiting for it to be dropped off at this location. Next time I will be using ups instead
