However the Customer Service here is excellent. They don’t charge to print labels like UPS does. When I’m returning something that’s only 20$ or 30$, every 3$ charge counts against my return. They don’t charge me or give me any issues about how I wrap it. The Store Reps are really respectful and professional as well. There’s always plenty of parking and never a line.

They always arrive on time and the delivery/pick up process is always smooth and unproblematic. Today I had some questions about the Valentines package I had sent, and a lady named Beth went way above and beyond to get me the info i needed, and it was such a big help to me. She was so pleasant and professional and didn't make me feel bad that i didn't prepare for the call properly. Team members and Managers like her are one big reason I switched to FedEx from using the USPS. The people who staff the Eureka CA store are the same way. THANK YOU BETH! your kindness is much appreciated!

She always makes sure everything is perfect right down to getting the exact shade of red and she’s consistently quick, efficient, and detail-oriented. When Ella isn’t in the office, I’ll admit I get a little stressed, but Michael is great, and the manager John is also amazing. I’m truly grateful for the professionalism they show every single time.

Now I'm dealing with pissed off customers because fed ex drivers cant do their job. its been over 4 years and ive seen it get consistently worse, especially recently. not ok
