However, the first time the package was lost for some time in the mail - that I can understand and I decided to try them again. I went last week for an Amazon return in the pouring rain on my break so it was not busy at all. The guy who helped me at the front was not friendly and had a bad attitude. With that being said, I made it clear I was returning my item.. however, he ordered me a replacement item. Will not be a customer at this location again.
