- SCSarah Culp5 days ago1.0ADA entrances aren't accessible if you close them 10-15 minutes before closing. This is extremely discriminatory and unsafe. If you want to lock an entrance early to mitigate the number of people coming in, please consider the entrance you keep open being one of the two accessible entrances.

The front line staff seem pulled directly out of a Saturday Night Live skit. Seriously understaffed and in desperate need of a personality and energy transfusion! A self service machine would be a welcome.

The post office also operates out of the annex and they appear short staffed all the time. I hate waiting too, but the staff that works here are human too. They are mountains more helpful than UPS or FedEx has ever been to me customer service wise.
