- LTLily De La TorreJul 21, 20251.0If i could give zero stars i would. This has to be one of the worst USPS locations I’ve ever been to. The employees are rude and unprofessional. They won’t go out of their way to help you even if you begged. I went in last week as a walk-in to renew my passport. The entire place was empty, but the two women working there told me they were “very busy” and couldn’t help. They told me to make an appointment and figure it out on my own. It felt like they were too busy to deal with customers despite having no one there. I ended up leaving and went to the post office by City Hall instead, and the experience was completely different. Even though there was a line of people, they took their time and helped me. That’s what real customer service looks like. I applaud the team at that location for their amazing service. The other place seriously needs customer service training especially in how to speak to people with basic respect.
