Depending on who is helping you at this UPS store can be efficient and helpful. but there are 2 clerks that are "very unprofessional" and gives out false info or non at all which makes shipping expensive vintage items very scary and very frustrating. One clerk stays on her cell phone and will not acknowledge you when you do a drop off which is ok but makes you leave with a doubt of proper service. They use the same employees in the Montrose store but it's not as bad. It's a good day when these 2 clerks are not there. No other choices in the area and I've been using this store before the Starbucks was there next door. I finally need to say something after today.
