- WPWonu ParkSep 20, 20251.0I really thought highly of this usps location until I was “helped” by postal worker named Hong. She is rude and makes customers feel miserable with her tone of voice and lack of sincerity. I do let people go ahead to avoid her “help.”

Unhelpful and she rushed people that were already on line minutes before closing hours, I’m guessing she was in an hurry to leave. Impolite, unprofessional and rude. She was speaking badly with her coworkers in front of customers about the cleaning people and that they should be fired because the place was untidy. Management should retrain their staff.

He was passive aggressive and when I addressed the way he was responding towards me regarding THIER MISTAKE, he said he was responding like this because he's frustrated with his mail carrier. Sooo, direct your frustration at ME because you guys wrongfully held my IMPORTANT mail since the beginning of the month? This is my only time ever dealing with this location directly and it was a very negative experience. They wrongfully held my mail here because they were misreading the address. 6 letters. 2 which were extremely important and time sensitive. No empathy from the manager. I understand 1... or even 2 letters.. but SIX letters is a problem, not "just A mistake." I spoke with someone on the mainline earlier who was extremely kind and understanding about the severity of the situation. He was very pleasant. The manager at this location definitely needs some management/people skills training.
