Every employee I’ve interacted with has been upbeat, helpful, and genuinely a joy to work with. It’s such a refreshing contrast to UPS or USPS, where the vibe can feel like people are just dragging along. At this FedEx, you walk in and immediately feel welcomed and taken care of. Most recently, I had to ship a full keyboard set across the country (stand, bench, pedal and all). Flo, the assistant manager, went above and beyond to help me package it properly. She was incredibly attentive, patient, and made sure everything was safe and secure. Honestly, she’s an absolute gem to work with, and FedEx is lucky to have her on the team. This location has consistently provided top-notch service for years, and thanks to people like Flo, it truly sets the standard for what customer service should feel like. Highly recommend!

Jeff came out from behind the counter with a smile and helped me wrap it all up quickly, and perfectly. I was in and out within a few minutes. It's rare to find that degree of willingness to help these days, and I really appreciated it!
