  This FedEx location has never failed me!!! I’ve been using this location for about a year now, and today I needed a rush order. I submitted it online and the earliest pickup time available was 1 PM. I called to see if there was any way to get it earlier, and they let me know 11 AM was the soonest possible, which was totally understandable (my lack of planning, not their fault!). BUTTTT I just got a call from Flo, and they squeezed my order in, t's ready at 9:21 AM!!! WOOHOOO!!! 🎉 Thank you so much for going above and beyond!!!! You ALL ROCK!

  Always easy and very professional customer service. They let you do your tasks in privacy but at the same time they are there to help right away.

  I feel bad for these corporate employees who aren’t able to use common sense because of corporate policy. I was there for almost half an hour trying to send files to print via their slow, outdated technology. Finally I had to leave for another appointment and told them I never received an email code to print. They shrugged and said it was the technology and couldn’t do anything about it. They offered to print it via full service for an increased fee. What? The service-oriented move in this situation is to print the documents for me at the same rate as elf-service bc their tech is not working and ate up my time. I’ve been seeing more and more of this bureaucratic, inhuman lack of common sense at big businesses that is disconcerting. Anyway, I’m printing at the library from now on for a fraction of the free but just tried it out bc I had other packages to drop off.

  Great customer service. Drop off all my packages there. They're always helping and friendly. They let you us their tape, scissors, etc.

  I’ve been coming to this FedEx location for years, and the energy here is always different in the best way. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been upbeat, helpful, and genuinely a joy to work with. It’s such a refreshing contrast to UPS or USPS, where the vibe can feel like people are just dragging along. At this FedEx, you walk in and immediately feel welcomed and taken care of. Most recently, I had to ship a full keyboard set across the country (stand, bench, pedal and all). Flo, the assistant manager, went above and beyond to help me package it properly. She was incredibly attentive, patient, and made sure everything was safe and secure. Honestly, she’s an absolute gem to work with, and FedEx is lucky to have her on the team. This location has consistently provided top-notch service for years, and thanks to people like Flo, it truly sets the standard for what customer service should feel like. Highly recommend!
