- BBBizelethJun 20, 20255.0I feel very lucky to have my little Kernville post office. Over the years, I keep trying to send gift parcels out to family and friends, only to find out that they're a little too heavy or a little too large, or I've used the wrong packaging, etc., so it costs a small fortune to ship, or I have to modify my parcels to be able to afford shipping at all. It's always a shock when that happens, it's always my ignorance that causes the problems, and the folks there are always very supportive and kind. The manager is especially knowledgeable and always helpful and friendly. The prices aren't their fault, and they are wonderful people.
- CBCici (Butterfly)Jul 26, 20235.0I'm new to Kernville, so I had some packages shipped and little did I know tha tall my packages were going to be returned back about 12 packages , I called the locaiton in kernville and spoke to LISA she is amazing she explained in detail what i needed to do to get a PO Box and held all my packages until someone was able to go pick them up. I was not there at the time but she pulled my packages aside to have someone get them. that was super nice of her to . Thank you Lisa for helping me out and for your kidness and for helping residents. AMZAZING POST OFFICE CUSTOMER SERVICE. A BIG THANK YOU TO YOU LISA FOR ALL THE HELP.
