I started at the Ross PO and had a negative experience so visited Kentfield PO since I had previous good interactions. Again today I had a very positive experience —they were able to fit the label into a sleeve so it was secure. They took the initiative to find a solution! Thank you!

- CLchristina leimerApr 18, 20181.0Never been to such an inept place. 3rd day trying to get a post office box that I registered for online--so should have been quick and easy. Staff claim they're too busy. Say one thing then claim they never said it. Say they'll call--then don't. Their voice mail is totally screwed up, so can't get through by phone. Recommendation: If you need a p.o. box, get it somewhere else.
