- PKPhil KleynSep 26, 20191.0I've been dropping packages off here for over 10 years for my business, as well as 5 other post offices in Napa and Lake County. Today a newer woman I hadn't seen before tell me I could not drop off my parcels there anymore because my zip code didn't match (I live in Lower Lake) Isn't this the United States Post Office? Not cool, I spend tens of thousands per year with them. I was told the supervisor told them not to accept. I will be filing a formal complaint, and taking it further if I ever have a parcel returned. I don't like to complain, but this is not acceptable, and I shouldn't be forced to go to Lower Lake post office every day if I have to go the other way!!!

Just today I was expecting a package at my home and missed it because I was in the shower. Drove to the post office and asked so kindly to this woman if they had the package or if the delivery man was out still doing deliveries. She got such a horrible attitude with me right in front of another customer. I wish I got her name so I could report her. I understand employees have bad days but this wasnt the first time I have been disrespected by them.
