If you offer the service, the team should be trained in the bare minimum of customer service. I went in with my baby strapped to my chest and carrying several big boxes. I wasn’t expecting curb side service. I guess just with how much things cost, it would be nice to have some kindness and pleasantry. After Kohl’s closed, this is one of the closest places to return. I will be making the drive in the future. For printing services, they do a decent enough job, but again, it comes with a long wait and an attitude. If you need it in a pinch, it is worth it.
