Staples in store shopping has my loyalty. Special thanks to Ali and Bob the cashier. The best!!! Customer service is back!!! After years of being sad at the service at other places. I bought it on 10/03/25, and as of 10/22/25, I still had not received it, even though I received an email telling me it was out for delivery. I did a survey via email on 10/22/25 & someone from Staples reached out to me. I asked if they could resend my purchase via 2-3 day delivery as I needed it by 10/31/2025. I was told they could not do that, and my package would get to me around 11/06/2025. I could not do that as I needed it by 10/31/2025; my purchase was part of a Halloween costume. Staples did not want to pay for the 2-3 day delivery. I never found out why it wasn't sent to me. I did receive a full refund. Overall, Staples just wasted my time and put me in a hard situation where I was scrambling to find the piece of the costume that I needed, when I should have had it with plenty of time. This was my first time buying online from Staples, and I was very disappointed. I will NOT be buying from Staples again, nor will I be recommending Staples to any of my friends and family.

You just got to cross your fingers and hope that they will be able to take the returns. Staples should not be able to do this for Amazon. Period!
