I got there and was the only one, but in seconds there were 5 people to drop off returns behind me. The lady did say "I'll be right there" but then on her way over she said "Be sure to have your QR code ready or you'll be skipped." When she started taking my item there as no greeting, no smile, no 'thank you', nothing. I'm with the other reviews here - I sure hope Amazon stops working with Staples and just stays with UPS Store for free returns (UPS store was an option for this return, but wasn't free like Staples was). At the very least, this clerk should get some lessons in customer service.
