  Very clean store. A girl named Ashley helped me. I overheard her on the phone saying it was a customers fault for something that happened. I work in customer service so I get how annoying people can be, but those are things you don’t say in front of other customers. Makes customers think like okay well I guess this is how they would talk about me. She was very efficient and knew her stuff, but she was a bit dismissive/rude. Obviously she works there so she knows how things go…most do not. Personally, I don’t go to UPS ever.probably the same for the person who was on the phone. She just needs to work on her customer service skills and she will be an excellent employee! And I know it’s annoying to hear, but smiling really does go a long way! It doesn’t hurt and will bring customers back to your business.

  "I had a great experience at this UPS Store. I wasn’t sure how to pack a fragile item, but the staff was incredibly helpful and walked me through the best options. They were professional, patient, and made sure everything was handled with care. Highly recommend!"
