So of course when it came time to actually talk to me about it, they gave me the runaround and then simply just started ignoring my emails. Unprofessional, lazy, and irresponsible workers.

I constantly have to deal with this older man when I drop off my packages. I have to constantly go back-and-forth with him and explain to him that I need a receipt as proof of drop off and he keeps trying to argue with me that I already have a receipt when I bought the label but a label receipt and a drop off receipt are two completely different things These people need to be educated on their job. He simply doesn’t like doing his job and He should find another career

By many times of requests, they haven't tried to change your address back to where you are currently. As I applied to change my address since 3+ months ago by online, & mailing forms for address changed, my all mails have gone to somewhere else still. In this office (Limonite ), I had been asking the customer services managers 5 times since 80 days ago, I have met 3 different managers and received 3 different answers BUT NO-ONE who can help me to change my address back to where I have been for the last 3 months. So I lost my all mails 😞 Why you couldn't change my address 😕? Is it hard job ? You get payrolls by government(US people)but you just have no responsibility to do your jobs 👎.
