ZERO STARS, this post office has lost my packages I live in a gated community and they lost 2 packages one that was jewelry and they said it was delivered even though I never received it. I spoke with the manager and sent a formal complaint, they called me back and basically said we delivered it, it was a 60 package, and I had just moved to this area, so then Christmas came and I ordered some hats for the holiday and guess what my package said it was delivered and I found nothing, so I called again and complained and then the manager called me and said she was going to figure out what happened, she calls me back to let me know that her staff couldnt fit a small key for the lock box, in my mailbox, which makes no sense? Because it juts a key, if I hadn’t called and complained I’m sure her staff would have enjoyed my son’s Christmas hats. So with that being said, do not trust the post office in Jurupa if you live in a gated community.

Worst place! They look mad. One server went to lunch and didn’t say I thing I was standing there at the counter and not one employee said a thing for several minutes. Daquerri is the person that “didn’t” try to help when I asked for help. It’s a bother to them! Not helpful at all. Had she said the one thing her Mgr told me it would have been different & I would have understood. But it’s like she was trying to pick a fight. Then she raised her voice at me and became rude. Just unacceptable behavior. I’m sure there’s been others complaining about her. Wow!!!

I was waiting for a package to be delivered. It was a large package (probably 50 pounds or so) that would need to be left on the door step. It also required a signature. Well I waited and waited. Never a knock or door bell. Then I get an email stating that another item that I ordered had been delivered. So I went to my box and grabbed my mail. There was the orange card in there stating that no one was available to accept the package. Called them up. They told me that the delivery person has weight restrictions. I said how about you actually come up to the door and ask for help? Nope too much work for them. I asked if someone else could deliver my package. Again, nope you have to come pick it up. Unreal. Lazy is the first thing that comes to mind.
