I spoke with the manager and sent a formal complaint, they called me back and basically said we delivered it, it was a 60 package, and I had just moved to this area, so then Christmas came and I ordered some hats for the holiday and guess what my package said it was delivered and I found nothing, so I called again and complained and then the manager called me and said she was going to figure out what happened, she calls me back to let me know that her staff couldnt fit a small key for the lock box, in my mailbox, which makes no sense? Because it juts a key, if I hadn’t called and complained I’m sure her staff would have enjoyed my son’s Christmas hats. So with that being said, do not trust the post office in Jurupa if you live in a gated community.
