Woman who issued my passport was extremely unprofessional. As the fees were being listed she made payment methods unclear, not explaining government issued fees wouldn’t take credit. What made this experience unforgivable was the lack of understanding. When asked for clarifications and we expressed confusion she would start repeatedly yelling: “go explain it to her,” to my family, “I have other people waiting” when there was one family who’d just gotten there, and becoming extremely impatient, sighing, visibly rolling her eyes. I just remember the whole process feeling extremely condescending, uncler, and rushed/pressured into making a payment. Looking at other reviews it looks like this has been an existing issue and I can only hope that there are future steps taken to improve.

This place has really poor customer service—especially the two older female staff members. They kept a straight face the entire time. When I greeted them, they ignored me. When I asked for a few certified mail forms, they ignored me again, even though I was standing right next to them. If they have hearing issues, She should see a doctor before coming to work.

I was watching a First Amendment Audit video today on YouTube from a year ago by Iimpact Media. It was so disturbing. The customers that go to this post office are so entitled it’s unbelievable. See pictures below ⬇️ of some of the customers. One older gentleman in the dark blue polo shirt 👕 committed grand theft and battery on the auditor. They had it all on camera 🎥. The man grabbed and stole the video camera from the auditor. The internet 🛜 is forever and so is YouTube and other platforms they post on. The Irvine Police 👮 were called after the man assaulted the auditor. He was as cited, not arrested due to his medical conditions. Let me get this str8, so It’s ok to assault people with medical conditions but it’s not okay to arrest someone with medical conditions. Sounds like preferential treatment ? Or favoritism? Or….? The Irvine police said they would forward the complaint and the videos to the District Attorney and let them decide if they want to pursue charges. 9 times out of 10 they don’t after forwarding all the evidence to them. That’s why most auditors don’t assist the Police 👮 with their investigations. Go figure 🙄🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻. Then after the assault on the auditor the assailant asked for an escort to his 🚗 car? WTH? 🤦🏻‍♂️ The PD was treating him like the victim not the assailant. Does this make sense to anyone? Maybe it’s just me 🙋🏻…. The one older man in the red Tshirt walking out of the post office 🏤 stated some derogatory falderal saying “it’s really sad your parents didn’t abort you” with nose 👃 hairs hanging from his snout 🐽. Ugh! Do better citizens of Irvine! They ARE representing who they are for all the world 🌎 to see….
