- AAAmale AbouamaraMar 5, 20261.0This is the worst branch to get service. One of the workers there his name is Mont, extremely rude to everyone. He speaks Arabic. I visited on 03/04/2026 at 4:23PM because I had something very important that needed to be mailed to the court. The USPS office closes at 4:30 PM, and since I arrived before closing and was already inside the building, he should have helped me. Instead, he refused to assist me and was working very slowly and acting very lazy. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. Someone with this attitude should not be dealing with customers.
- NPNormal pHFeb 28, 20261.0I try to avoid this place as much as possible. Had to come in yesterday around noon and, as usual, the worker there was so impolite. It seems as if it’s part of their job description to be rude and look down on customers. She kept on saying “no” to the questions a customer at the counter had, even though some questions couldn’t have been answered with “yes” or “no.” And I don’t think the worker was feeling overwhelmed by the amount of people there. She was the only one working and there were three customers (me and this other guy were working on getting our boxes ready so we didn’t need to be attended yet). I recommend opting for fedex or ups. If you have to do usps, try to avoid this location!
