  There is truly a reason why this store has the reviews that it does. The manager runs a store with respect, honesty, and integrity. I received notary services here and they were nothing but helpful, kind, and professional. Short lines, a beautiful store with live beautiful flowers (shows what kind of place they are, thriving). The team were above and beyond. This is what true passion for operations and customer service look like. I highly recommend this location!

  Though the staff was very friendly and the store was well maintained, I would offer a warning about notary services (see attached). Where the notary was supposed to write the date they wrote “Orange” instead. They also failed to sign my actual document I needed the notary signature on. I should have checked before I left but for $45 (was not told the price either before) I would expect more professionalism. Again very nice store and staff but I would skip them for notary services.

  I had a really great experience at the UPS Store Irvine Blvd. The staff were super friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. Especially appreciated how kind and professional the team was, which made a big difference. Definitely one of the best UPS locations I’ve been to. Highly recommend!

  Ana, Juan & Nico are so warm hearted and welcoming ….they go over & beyond to share so much luv & passionate with helping all customers that visit this store front It is such a vibrant staff that have such beautiful hearts .. Thanks for being so fun lovin and always feel uplifted after each time stop by for scans , printing etc other services Your store front is thriving in our community because genuinely care and want the BEST for guests that stop in .. Appreciate all that you DO to make my heart smile more

  This is the store at 4790 Irvine Blvd, Ste. 105, Irvine 92620. Min Suh owner. Very efficient service, very nice and helpful. Min was especially helpful just a couple of days ago. I had a package that was sent back to AT&T. But AT&T messaged me that it was not received and that I would be billed for the equipment if not received in a couple of weeks. Min took the time to find their receipt, proof that it was shipped. And had me take a photo for the proof I would need. That was really nice of her to do that.
