It took 35 minutes to ship ONE box to Florida. The employee clearly didn’t know how to properly add insurance to a package and then tried to guilt-trip me for not realizing there was an additional insurance charge — even though that is literally her job to explain and handle. On top of that, they couldn’t even print a receipt, because USPS is apparently “limiting the amount of paper” they provide for printing receipts. I’m sorry, but when I’m paying $25 to mail a box, a receipt should not be optional. The lack of training, efficiency, and basic professionalism here is honestly shocking. I almost never leave reviews, but this was one of the slowest and most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. If you value your time, be prepared to be late/Frustrated. Just go to a different location This one sucks because of employees
