    Useless location, the Asian woman (glasses, older with a shaggy bob) was kind to everyone else in line prior to me but once I was called seemed to have had an attitude with no greeting. I asked a simple question about a packing slip. She responded with: “I don’t know what to tell you. Not sure what to do with that, next time you can just use our automatic machine.” You work at a USPS, you should have a basic understanding of packing slips, and if not at least be kind about it. It’s employees like her that make you regret using this location in the first place. Hire better people USPS.

    I would like to say, this is the worst way to have any packages delivered. I will state that it starts with the delivery driver who for some reason wrote the place of delivery as VACANT, IT IS NOT. I went to the post office as soon as my package information was updated as such. The post office representative refused to get off her chair and go look for my package and told me to come back Monday. She also refused to write "hold" on the package. I came back Monday and the representative then said he had a line that he needed to help out 1st, even though I was helped in order, I stood in line like everyone else. He assured me my package had not been returned. He said he would look for the package and I left my number while I stepped out to my car. He never called. I came inside, over 2 hours later, he was still just helping the "line". As it turns out, another lady helped me and said my package was returned to sender the same day I received the notice. The name of the girl who would not put any notes in the system for the package on Saturday or get off her chair to go and look for the package was Remonda. I would like to send her a special thank you for the huge inconvenience this has caused me. But please continue to tell customer no when they ask for help. Gotta love it.

    Last time I was in there I got the impression that they really wanted to be helpful and I appreciated that. I think they're working on customer service.

    Excellent Service from Remonda! I had a great experience at the post office today thanks to Remonda, who was working behind the counter. She was very polite, professional, and patient while helping me with my mailing needs. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly and quickly. It’s always nice to meet someone who genuinely cares about good customer service , thank you, Remonda, for making my visit easy and pleasant!
