- NPNormal pH5 days ago1.0I try to avoid this place as much as possible. Had to come in yesterday around noon and, as usual, the worker there was so impolite. It seems as if it’s part of their job description to be rude and look down on customers. She kept on saying “no” to the questions a customer at the counter had, even though some questions couldn’t have been answered with “yes” or “no.” And I don’t think the worker was feeling overwhelmed by the amount of people there. She was the only one working and there were three customers (me and this other guy were working on getting our boxes ready so we didn’t need to be attended yet). I recommend opting for fedex or ups. If you have to do usps, try to avoid this location!

I’m not even sure how they keep their job because seems to be their goal is to not even work. They are very unpleasant to deal with. There used to be a woman who worked here who was way better.

The staff tells everyone in line to go to a different post office and refuses to accept packages that are 100% acceptable to ship. They nitpick the most random and arbitrary things that no other USPS cares about. And when you mention that other locations aren’t this strict, they tell you to leave and go there instead. It’s as if the staff thinks that they own the company and they can make their own rules. You will not find me anywhere near this location ever again horrible customer service, they clearly have no interest in actually doing their job or helping people
