This is the worst USPS location I’ve ever been to. The staff tells everyone in line to go to a different post office and refuses to accept packages that are 100% acceptable to ship. They nitpick the most random and arbitrary things that no other USPS cares about. And when you mention that other locations aren’t this strict, they tell you to leave and go there instead. It’s as if the staff thinks that they own the company and they can make their own rules. You will not find me anywhere near this location ever again horrible customer service, they clearly have no interest in actually doing their job or helping people

I’m so sad to leave a negative review but people need to be informed. If you have the unfortunate need to utilize this location please be prepared to be met with negative attitude and general apathy. They think they are being helpful by telling you what to do but the tone they use makes you seem dumb. Don’t bring more than one package with a pre-paid label or they won’t scan it. If there is a long line forget about any scan. I don’t even need a receipt, I just want my stuff scanned to confirm that it was received at the proper location. When I asked Why they don’t scan and provide receipts, The guy at the left counter said I’m a small location, we aren’t supposed to accept packages and then shows behind the counter with lots of packages…when I expressed confusion he said I do it as a courtesy, if you want your package scanned with a receipt and updated every hour go to a business center. So the location I am at isn’t a business? Or a USPS? It was all contradictory. If you drop your package off here there’s no guarantee it’ll be processed or delivered properly because they don’t scan 😂🤣😂 it’s all such a crock of bs and it just sucks I have no other option. Both clerks are pretty low stars in terms of service but the guy on the right is much nicer than the guy in the left (comparing nothing to nothing). The guy on the right actually helped me pick out packaging for something I was trying to send, dont get me wrong he made me feel dumber than I already felt but he saw me struggling and told me what to do. The guy on the left just pointed me to boxes shelf and watched me look like an idiot repacking my items Also there’s nothing to be done about the long line, it’s a small location and there’s 2 guys so I don’t fault them for that. I do however fault them for a policy that seems made up and very unpleasant attitudes. I’m sorry but asking me to “TRUST” that dropping my package off there will get done but then saying there’s no guarantee that the tracking will update because I didn’t have it scanned is CRAZY! Patrons just be aware, If you can’t stay away just be informed

Staff were rude, unprofessional, and not interested in helping their customers. They need to fix their attitude and improve their customer service.

I had an extremely frustrating experience at the USPS yesterday. I came in with a prepaid, labeled package and asked the worker, Mont, if I needed to do anything else. He told me I was fine and just needed to wait in line, but after waiting, he suddenly told me I had to buy a new label and fill out forms I didn’t have the information for. Despite telling me I was “still first in line,” he repeatedly made me step aside to let other customers go ahead. Each time I returned, he delayed helping me and dragged out the process. On top of that, when the service rating screen popped up, Mont blocked me from selecting an option and pressed the highest rating himself. The second time it appeared, I selected a low rating before he could interfere, and he glared at me angrily. His coworker ignored me the entire time and offered no assistance while I waited. Overall, the service was unhelpful, unprofessional, and disrespectful of my time. The post office should ensure staff provide clear and consistent instructions from the start, rather than changing requirements after customers have already waited in line. Employees should not make customers repeatedly step aside while claiming they are still “first in line.” Training on professionalism and customer service is needed—particularly not interfering with customer feedback surveys or pressuring customers into giving positive ratings. Staff should respect customers’ time, treat them with courtesy, and maintain integrity in the service process.

I don’t know what people are complaining about. The individuals who work here are so nice and funny. Yeah sometimes there’s only one person at the counter and the line gets long but it’s a small post office. What do you expect. My dudes here are doing their best!
