Always a long line, poor service, and rude employees! They’re always out of necessary envelopes and writing utensils!

If I could give my experience negative stars, I would. Amy, and the other old female teller were extremely combative and rude to me, arguing that my address to be shipped to was not real. I have been mailing military care packages through the postal service for over 10 years, and I have NEVER had an employee try to argue with me just because they couldn't understand the acronyms or abbreviations on the address. Depending on where a service member is, the address may look a bit weird, but I have mailed TO THIS SPECIFIC ADDRESS THRICE already with no issue at other post offices. Extremely unprofessional, and an embarrassment for this post office. If the tellers have a lack of knowledge about military addresses, I wish they would have deferred me to a supervisor, instead of being rude to me. Extremely unprofessional, and I'm extremely dissatisfied. Literally go to any other post office.

Very bad service. Workers are very lazy! They didn’t deliver my package and took it back to the post office. I got a notification that it got “returned to sender”. I called to ask for my package and they said they were going to deliver it again the next and they were not going to send it back to the sender. The next day I see that they sent it to the distribution facility, so I try calling them as soon as they open but they don’t respond. I kept calling for more than 2h and no response.
