- BBBh00Dec 19, 20251.0Not one to leave reviews, but the woman with glasses and a mask was entirely rude. My friend and I went in to pick a package up that we were told was ready. We went to the counter and my friend gave her ID. The woman then asked for her to read the tracking number (which we have never been asked for after giving our ID). My friend read the label and supposedly mixed up 2 letters. The woman snapped and said “No. No that’s not it.” We looked at her very confused. She said “that’s wrong, could you be reading the numbers wrong?” My friend and I were shocked and frozen, she asked to see the number. My friend showed her phone and the woman snatched it from her hands and said “you read it wrong, it was WR not RW.” My friend said “I read-“ and was already interrupted, telling us “it’s okay I’ll go get it.” She came back from around the corner, pushed the box towards us on the counter and said “good to go.” My friend and I didn’t say another word and left. Again, I don’t leave reviews often, I’m one to go about my day, but seeing how many other customers have commented about this same woman, and the fact that she’s still acting this way, is concerning.
