  I had an absolutely appalling experience at this UPS location and will never be returning. The Indian gentleman working the counter provided some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. It was painfully obvious that he was significantly kinder and more attentive to lighter-toned individuals, while treating me and the woman behind me with total dismissal. He refused to provide any actual help or information regarding a missing package, offering nothing but a useless customer service number to call instead of doing his job. I went to a different UPS location in Irvine immediately after, and the difference was night and day. This employee is not only lacking basic customer service training, but his behavior felt blatantly biased and rude. Management needs to address this immediately—whether through proper training or termination—because no one should be made to feel small or ignored because of how they look. Save yourself the headache and the disrespect: go to a different location.

  Nick helped me a lot today. He provided me bubble wrap to keep my glass bottles safe as I used paper shopping bags which made my package heavier than what I wanted. He also did me another solid by printing out a shipping label for me when my Mercari QR code was not working. Thanks so much, Nick!

  Had a document notarized and shipped overnight. In and out in 15 minutes. Would of been faster if there were not so many people with Amazon returns who didn't preprint their labels.

  Don’t drop off your stuff here if you don’t have a print out label. Because any print will charge $3. That is really confusing, because if Amazon chooses this place to let people return stuff why they can’t give this place money to let them print a label for free. Because the stuff I bought from Amazon is broken and they have the responsibility to return it and give a free label. It’s not fair let customer to pay for a return. And I just wanna confirm if there is anything wrong with the charging of the label, the front desk boy got my $3 and said : Here is you our receipt and bye with rolling eyes. Oh my gosh, So rude and no manner at all. I asked : can I ask regular questions? He suddenly got mad and asked me to leave. He doesn’t fit for this job at all, because he doesn’t know anything to respect customer and doesn’t even know how to do his regular job as a front desk. Don’t come to here, the service is 0, and you will get weirdly offended.
