To cut the long story short, I had made a mistake and the store owner could've charged me again for the same service. Instead, the owner at the store just said, "It's ok, I trust you..". It wasn't about the money, but that expression kind of raised the humanity bar so high in my mind that we trust each other and trust is and will remain primary engine of business growth. I would be using this store as my primary one as long as I am orange county. If you want to work with people of high integrity and help such businesses grow, I would highly recommend the store for all your mail, shipping and notary needs.
