  To whom it may concern, Good afternoon. I'm leaving a review, for I don't know how to contact anyone at this point. I've left voicemails, I've sent emails, I've "followed-up" with messages via Indeed.com from recent job applications; however, I have yet to hear from anyone, and it's been more than two weeks now. I did hear from one person, and she said, "You must live in Irvine to work with us. Also, I see you're active duty." I live 60 minutes from the office, and I used to commute 90 minutes for an incredible job in Virginia, so 60 minutes is fine for me. Second, if she didn't end the call immediately, I could have explained I'm not active duty at this point. I am a reservist. I'm quite puzzled as to why not one recruiter has contacted me other than her, yet. I continuously receive updates of job vacancies - all I can do is apply - I cannot do much else if I don't hear back from a recruiter. I've served more than four years in the Marine Corps - and I'm now a reservist - so I'm able to work full-time, and I have obtained elevated experience in data mining, data managing, data analysis, experience with advanced software and so much more. It's unfortunate because my experience seems to be trending after reading the experiences from others. Thanks, for your time. Best, Taylor B. Valentine

  I've had two experiences with Robert Half. One is five star and one I sadly have to give one star which is why I selected 3, in the middle. My first experience was several years ago where they were able to place me with several high paying short term positions rather quickly. Five stars! My most recent experience is one star, sadly. I sent my resume to two recruiters with cover letters and never heard back from either. Even after following up I never heard back from either recruiter. Overall, three star average.

  Applied online for a job posting and they interviewed me the next day. That same day they called back saying they had a temp position for me starting immediately. I worked that job for three weeks then was scheduled immediately for another interview for an amazing company. I start there tomorrow. They also helped my sister in law find work. Great company!

  9-12-19 My experience with this company. They called me since I applied for a long term temp job. All they asked is are you working right now. I said yes, they said we only work with unemployed and then did not give me a chance to tell them why I applied to a temp job. She then hung up on me after saying I'll call you if we get temp to hire. I doubt this company gets temp to hire when they have recruiters like that. No people skills or even listening skills. If she sould of given me a chance she would of known I will be unemployed soon. Update as of 9-19-19 Spoke with the company since they replied to my review. I spoke with the manager there and he spoke with me about what happened and is now looking for opportunities for me. We will see how everything goes from here. Slightly better view of the company but they still should train their recruiters to ask why your looking for a job instead of saying well your not unemployed we will keep you in mind. Update 10-3 Have not heard anything from them after meeting with them. Sent an email to the recruiter wonder what happened with the job he sent me. So far have not heard anything. It's been 2 weeks since he sent me that job. Update 10-7 Still nothing. I think my first review was right. They have no communication skills and will just leave you hanging. They cant even reply sorry the company did not chose to grow with you or sorry we have not heard back or even the job was closed. So far nothing.
