- ASAfrooz SaremJun 12, 20251.0Absolutely the Worst Service Experience — Avoid Primo at All Costs This has been one of the most frustrating and disorganized experiences I’ve ever had — and for something as simple as water delivery! Over the past year, every single delivery has been delayed or messed up. Their customer service is a joke — calling the 800 number connects you to people who seem completely disconnected from the actual company. No one takes responsibility, and nothing ever gets resolved. Even trying to cancel my account has been a nightmare. You can’t do it through the website, the app, live chat, or by phone. I’ve tried calling them three times — each time I was put on hold for over an hour, and no one ever answered. To top it all off, even the so-called “purified” water tastes terrible. Primo is unreliable, unprofessional, and not worth the hassle. Run from this company. Don’t fall into their trap — you’ll regret it.
