  I just want to give a huge shoutout to Carlos Vergara from our LAN WAN team for being absolutely incredible at what he does. Anytime something breaks, glitches, or just isn’t doing what it’s supposed to, he's right there—calm, patient, and ready to fix it without making anyone feel rushed or confused. He explains things in a way that actually makes sense, and they always do it with a great attitude. What really stands out is how reliable he is. Even on the busiest days, he makes sure everyone gets the help they need, and he never makes you feel like your problem is too small or too complicated. You can tell he genuinely cares about keeping everything running smoothly for the whole team. He's knowledge, friendliness, and quick problem-solving make a huge difference in our daily work. We’d honestly be lost without him. Definitely a well-deserved 5 stars!
