  Worst company to work with as a professional. Not only can they not communicate or get back to you in a timely manner, but the recruiters does not care for you at all. Then they gate keep the positions they "offer" on top of that. I have over 10 years of leadership in different parts of the work force. I was a CAD supervisor with Insight Global. With that contract I manage to get the project done under budget, ahead of schedule, and with less than 1% margin of error. When the contracted ended I keep looking for positions I know I can be successful in. Applied to several. When I reach out to the recruiter, she never replies. I check in and she says, " let me check in on that." weeks go by and nothing. When I reach out all I get are excuses. Last time I checked in she said, " oh sorry, i was on PTO" for months? Really? Ether she racked up a full quarter of PTO or she just does not want to put in any effort in doing her job. My contract ended back in June, its the end of the year now and they don't get back or reply or communicate. 6 MONTHS AND YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO REPLY?????? HR does not help at all. When I called they say, " oh well its up to the recruiter and you cant request a different one." So if you get a trash person, you will get nowhere. Then when I call them out on the recruiters inability to communicate or do anything they replies with " you can apply with a different company outside Insight Global" well you gating keeping the information with the company I want to work for. So they encourage you to not work for them. Honestly, you have a better chance looking up companies in the area with those same key words and applying directly with the company then trying to go through this agency. Its mindboggling to see the lack of accountability for their recruitment team. If I would have ignored my team in any of my jobs like they do, they would question my ability to even work there. But somehow they get the green light. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM, THEY WILL WASTE YOURS.

  I was recently approached by Insight Global for a Sr. Buyer role with Advantest Testing Solutions. First and foremost, let me just say that this was the best agency that I have ever worked with in my entire professional career. From the level of care, preparation for the interview, constant communication and status updates, and just overall customer service.... everything was nothing shy of extraordinary and above and beyond. Insight Global truly cares about you as the candidate and only has your best interest in mind. I want to give a special shoutout to my personal recruiter Kaylie Honberger. Kaylie is exceptional in every way possible - on top of being an absolute pleasure to work with. She exudes the very essence of quality, professionalism, and the upmost in customer service. I would also add that she is super great to work with and exemplifies what it truly means to go the extra mile for her potential candidate. Another shout out to Tatum Vestal who is the Sales Manager over at Insight global. She too was extremely professional, patient, and was instrumental alongside Kaylie in getting me an onsite interview with the client. Customer Service - A++++++ Quality - A+++++++ Communication - A+++++++ Organization - A++++++++ Seamless process from start to finish - A++++++++++ I have nothing but rave reviews for Insight Global as an agency, especially having worked with 2 oustanding individuals such as Kaylie Honberger and Tatum Vestal. If you are ever in a situation to work with Insight Gloabl on any opportunity... rest assured that you are in very good hands and they will do whatever it takes for you to be set up powerfully prior to the interview and most likely get the role that you are applying for.

  If you value communication and an important career, I would stay away from this staffing company. At least the office out of Irvine. They will literally drag things out for months and give you the run around. They sat on a background check for almost 2 months and not until a "lawyer" was mentioned, did they start communicating. A true disservice to the employers that hire them and the community they claim to serve. 0/10 would not recommend. It's best to just apply directly to a company with your resume, cover letter and any additional information you have. Trusting a staffing company like this one with something like your livelihood, is a damaging.
