Recently we've made a few visits to ship or print and the staff is rude, impatient and dismissive. In my last visit, one of them was so rude that I asked to talk with the manager. The manager did not address this persons attitude and completed the service, but I'm not going there again any time soon.

Every time you call customer service they give you a different answer. They told me to go back in person to the store. Then I go back to store and the staff say “customer service always gives out the wrong information. Sorry we can’t help you”. The manager is very rude too and hung up on me. She accused me of being rude to her! I told her I was frustrated and told her there’s a difference between being rude and frustrated after spending hours on the phone trying to fix their mistake, she then hung up. All the other review verify that the manager is rude and unhelpful.
