    I was able to drop off my FedEx express package without any issues. Last pick up time for express packages is at 5pm. Was greeted and attended to fast.

    The store lady (I don’t know if she is the manager) was quite rude when I entered the store. I mean, she could have informed me for a politer attitude.

    This branch is located in my neighborhood. I used to come here and they were good. Recently we've made a few visits to ship or print and the staff is rude, impatient and dismissive. In my last visit, one of them was so rude that I asked to talk with the manager. The manager did not address this persons attitude and completed the service, but I'm not going there again any time soon.
